Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
by Bill Grooms on Dec.26, 2009, under PC, PS3, Xbox 360
Greatness is not achieved by luck, but by doing something, doing it well, and expanding on it. The original Call of Duty: Modern Warfare set a new standard for first person shooters with a great story and captivating multiplayer that brought RPG like leveling elements into it with growing rewards. With the bar set so high, it could easily be said that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 was the most anticipated game of the year. It also was the game with the most potential to fall from grace. However, this game not only meets the high expectations, but raises the bar even higher for first person shooters. (continue reading…)

Welcome to IMO Gamers.com
by Bill Grooms on Nov.06, 2009, under DS, IPhone/IPod Touch, PC, PS3, PSP, Wii, Xbox 360
Hello and welcome to IMO Gamers.com, a game reviews and news editorial website built by gamers for gamers. This site will offer everybody the chance to review games. New games, old games, doesn’t matter. If you review the game, you can have a post on the site. Some of the best reviewers will be offered the opportunity to come on the podcast and bring their gaming expertise to the world. So if you would like to get involved, just take any game and review it and send to reviews@imogamers.com. There are a few rules that I would request on submissions. One, do not give the game a score. To have a true game reviews website, I don’t want numbers to get involved. Second, I do not want the entire opinion to be either of these: 1) Your game is awesome, how awesome is your game or 2) This game sucks and everybody who was involved in it sucks. This site will provide well thought out reviews not flame wars between fanboys. Third, please spell check and grammar check or your review will get posted in the Fail section for humor. Finally, keep it less than 1000 words please. So welcome to IMO Gamers.Com. Have fun and enjoy yourselves. This is the final place for the gamers voice.
